About Megosi

Megosi is a location based adventure platform that anyone can join for free! Use the website to create challenges. To complete challenges you will need an iPhone with GPS capabilities. We hope you find many uses for Megosi and have fun exploring.

Megosi Rules and Tips

1. 1. Challenges are groups of waypoints that you define by placing points on a map using this website.
2. 2. When you place a waypoint, make sure it is the exact location you want people to go. Sometimes the address you supply will place a marker near, but not exactly at the location you desire.
3. 3. Once a challenge is published you can not change it.
4. 4. To complete a waypoint you will need; the Megosi iPhone application to be loaded on your iPhone, to have a phone signal, and to be within 40 yards of the waypoint.
5. 5. When the phone detects that you are within range of a waypoint, it will vibrate and the green man on the map will jump up and down.
6. 6. You can save locations with your iPhone to use later in the online map creator. This is on the iPhone application under "account".
